First time ever booking with Expedia and I incurred a service fee at a hotel. Won't be using Expedia again because that defeats the purpose of using a booking company. The hotel has uneven flooring and I tripped twice while using my cane. When I asked about the service fee being charged I was told it was housekeeping and I questioned the validity. Then I was told that Expedia didn't send them enough money. I have never had that happen but I believe both hands are dirty so the only way to avoid being dupped again is to not use Expedia or Quality Inn.

Property needs maintenance on Rooms and pool area.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We did have a bad storm that took out power to the city for over 8 hrs. Our towns people were out for 48hrs and everyone was using hotels at once. We do hope to see you again in the future. Best WishesMelisa CManager
