Location is Everything

This property location is perfect to the downtown pier, the pickleball courts, the dog park, the beach, restaurants and so much more. The property was clean. It could use a new patio door and screen; and the deck repainted. Don't expect to use the pool in March as it is not heated, but it was still very relaxing to sit near the pool and read a book, or play some board games. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was just as described and clean! The location is great. The village, several shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. We rented bikes and loved biking around the island. This vacation rental had all the amenities that we needed and loved.

Dated condo

The condo needs new linens and an upgrade in the restrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The door lock wakes up the building with the insane noise that it makes . The walk to the beach was significantly longer than expected so we had to drive. The town was great and the food was amazing. I would encourage other guests to bring extra toilet tissue and paper towels.

Great for short stay

We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo. When we arrived, there was no water but the property management company came right out to turn it on. Condo was very outdated but clean. Tried to turn the shower on in the master bath but whole facuet pulled away from the wall so chose to use the second bathroom. There was an outside light that was very bright that was on all night. It was not apart of the condo but of the complex so you could not turn it off. Overall the condo was fine but not worth the price we paid for a weekend. Way over priced for it being so outdated.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was great. We rented a golf cart. The condo was only a 5 min drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool. It was clean and well maintained. The setting was beautiful. The only negative was the bathroom faucets were dated and loose in the master bathroom. Also, the dryer was very noise. I think something was going out on it.

The apartment was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated that it was an easy walk into the Village. The surroundings of the condo was lovely with all the live oaks and water features. We enjoyed the view when sitting on the deck (though deck is very small and just fits two people.) Would definitely return to this unit.

Great Location for the whole family!

Besides being updated and well appointed, this condo is perfectly located. We were able to let the big kids ride their bikes to the pier and walk our little to the park to play. We never had to get back into our cars. We rode our bikes or walked everywhere fun including the beach and the Village.

Very close to the pier and village. Easy bike ride or walk. A little longer to a beach access. You'll need to ride a bike, golf cart or drive. So many good places to eat. Close to light house too!

Very Peaceful & Comfortable!

We had a wonderful and restful stay in this apartment! I really liked that it came with hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent to get us going! Plenty of paper towels and TP too. The only drawback was the room with the two twin beds. They are quite narrow and the each mattress sags in the middle for one and off the side for the other. It would be best to reconfigure the room and add a queen bed to it! The doors all need to be better oiled as they all stick and make a great deal of noise, especially at night. The fan in the room with the twin beds needs to be fixed as it makes a loud rattling noise when turned on so cannot sleep with it on, if you prefer to. Lastly, the white towels needs to be replaced or laundered better as several had some stains. The comforters on the beds had some stains in both rooms and need to be better laundered between guests and a few of the dishes and pots in the kitchen were put back unwashed. Other than that, it’s a great apartment with great views and within walking distance of downtown! From the balcony you feel like you’re in a tree house with views of a water fountain, fish, turtles, and plenty of birds!

Perfect for Us

The property was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. It was very quiet and we made it feel like home pretty quickly. The location was great as we walked back and for the to the pier each day and only used our car for longer trips. We will definitely be staying here again!
