Personnel à la réception rude et pas avenant….panne d’eau dans tout l’hôtel et pas de plan B pour l’eau….on m’a dit qu’on vendait dans la machine distributrice des bouteilles d’eau a 2 $…manque de personnel au restaurant….

Pas tres propre. Tres cher. Piscine non fonctionnel. Et il ne le mentionne pas lors de la reservation. Bouffe au resto tres cher et pas tres bon

It was in a great location for airport. Could not access beach. The patio door lock broke. It was clean. Staff was friendly.

Very difficult to locate and not signed well. Staff are rude about directions, as if we were supposed to be familiar with their landmarks ahead of time. Would not recommend. The property promotes itself as being on a beach and that beach is across the bay.

Check in was easy. Property is dated. Service was slow in the bar / restaurant. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

AC broken. Assigned new room which was old and shabby. Run down area around the hotel. Restraint was understaffed and sparse and run down.
