Gorgeous hotel and property. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The on site restaurants and coffee shop are very good. There are many places throughout the hotel to sit and relax, read a book, or catch up on work. It is within walking distance to the Nittany Lion Shrine.

Shower drain didn't work so basically couldn't get a shower. Room was freezing and took 4 hours to warm up to a comfortable temp. Staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned these issues on checkout.

The room is huge and clean. The bed is comfortable. Gym is decent and 24 X7. Two things I did not like: 1) the temperature setting in the room was weird, I was freezing at 73 degree, so I increased the temperature to 74 degree. Then it was too warm. 2) the self-park option does not come with much flexibility, so I opted for valet. The valet staff was great though.
