Surrounding properties were bad looking. The property inside was in various stages of renovation , and looked bad .
The breakfast was horrible. Eggs were cold from being frozen, biscuit was not completely thawed. I just couldnt eat it.

We had a late flight we called premise and spoke to staff Cindy she ensured we could check in late due to flight. Drove 4 hours with our children to hotel for Jason to be really mean and turn us away without even given me and my children a room the night which was paid for. No accommodations nor personality of care. Hotel inside smells and very filthy. Staff os very rude. Please if you and your family are tracking do not use this hotel it’s a waste of money.

I do apologize for this but unfortunately we do not have a Cindy or a Jason that works at this property. I did see a note that you called and said you would be arriving between 11 pm and midnight. Unfortunately our check in time ends at 2 am. If you had called and said you were going to be later than 2 am we would've been able to help you out.
