Looking for something quaint, romantic and elegant that is close to the slopes? Well look no further...This garden level, 2015 newly remodeled studio has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one!

All new tile, carpet, kitchen cabinet, granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, wine bar, also features new furniture throughout and a very comfortable queen size Murphy Bed for maximum space efficiency. And for the kids, the sofa couch pulls out into a double bed. Also remodeled is the private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor grills and a secluded Hot Tub are available to make the most out of your stay. Additional amenities include a wood fireplace, 40" HD Smart Flat Screen TV, with cable and Wifi.

The unit also has a private and secure storage closet located at the entry way of the unit for ease and convenience, large enough for bikes, skis and snowboard storage.
The laundry room is adjacent to the storage unit, and parking is directly in front of the unit putting you less than 25 feet from the front door.

We had a great time staying in Steamboat. Check-in was very easy. I reached out to Chris, the owner, with a question when we arrived, and he got back to me within just a minute or two. The condo was perfect for my husband and me. Our son joined us the last two nights, and he was comfortable on the sofabed. The unit was very clean and well-stocked for our visit. The best part of it was the location! It was just a short walk to the slopes-had there been enough snow, we could have skied right down to the gondola. But, because of the lack of snow, we took the shuttle down to the base, which comes every 5-8 minutes and is just a few steps from the condo. It was SO easy. We loved having the assigned parking space right outside of the unit-it made unloading and loading very easy. We used the hot tub each day-it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We travel a lot and this is one of the cleanest properties/hotels we have ever stayed in. The cleaning crew does and excellent job! Had there been more snow, slope access would have been relatively easy with a short walk but still wasn't difficult to access the Steamboat Gondola. The kitchen is well stocked and the Murphy Bed was comfortable with nice linens and blankets. Being on the ground floor was a bonus so that we didn't have to navigate stairs in our ski gear.Our only suggestions would be a shelf of some sort in the actual shower and brighter LED lighting throughout the unit.

Surprisingly comfortable Murphy bed AND sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Nice amenities. Host was very responsive and took care of any requests quickly. This condo was less than a 5 minute walk to the slopes. Awesome for our ski trip!

500ft from slope is better description then 50!Convenient location. Nice kitchen, main living area worn and outdated. Small improvements, ie new throw pillows, bar stools, curtains that fully open window to nice view, would make place more welcoming. Comfortable bed.

We were looking for something reasonably priced ,clean and close to the slopes and Ski Ranch was perfect for our needs. Hair dryer was broken and they replaced immediately!! Carpet tacks exposed on edge of carpeting So we covered it up with a rug. Also one window wasn’t closed, and appeared to be broken ..my husband was able to pull it shut and lock it. Overall perfect for our needs 
wonderful kitchen and bathroom . Walked home from base area after dinner at night . Walked to Wild Plum grocery, as well!! Would definately stay here again!

Great location. Room temperature was good. Was not very clean. I had to vacuum when we arrived and sweep and clean the front porch area. The front porch light did not work so if we were out after dark we could not see to unlock the door. Few spiders and it did not smell fresh. We had to go to the store and get a candle.

Perfect experience!

Stayed 5 nights March 2025. Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes and Steamboat buses. Condo is perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Hot tub is close, fireplace was nice for a few evenings, kitchen had everything to cook for nights you don’t go out. Was clean when we checked in and had plenty of towels, including extra beach towels for the hot tub or if visiting the hot springs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo for a weekend getaway

Three of us stayed here for a long weekend ski trip. This was the perfect condo for 3 people and was just a short walk to slope access! Chris was an amazing host and let us check in early and was super nice! We really enjoyed the condo and would highly recommend it if you’re planning a trip for 2-3 people. The condo was also fully stocked with kitchen/bath items and cleaning supplies if needed.
