Located only a mile from Steamboat Ski Resort, Steamboat Bike Park, Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center, and 2.5 miles to Haymaker golf course is this bright and charming 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. This condo is located on the top floor of the building and spans across multiple levels. It comes fully stocked with linens, soaps, and paper goods and the kitchen has all of the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook for the family.

Upon entering through the front door, this condo immediately opens up into the center of the home where you will find the living room and kitchen. The living room is the perfect place to relax with comfortable furniture, a large TV, and gas fireplace. Directly outside of the living room is the private patio with a gas grill and stunning views of Mt. Werner. The spacious kitchen is remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modernized lighting. There is seating for 7 with 4 at the high-top table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar.

Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor - the master bedroom has a large king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful, remodeled shower. The second bedroom has a plush queen bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. When exiting this bedroom, you will find another full bathroom as well as the laundry room equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. Upstairs from the main level is the third bedroom. This is the perfect place for the kids to retreat as it is equipped with a twin over double bunk bed, a twin pullout couch, and an ensuite bathroom.

The garage is located on the bottom level and is a great place to store all of your outdoor gear. This garage is small but does have space for a compact car. There is additional parking directly outside of the garage and in the visitor parking area.
