If you want a nice & affordable option in Steamboat this place is excellent! Great location across from the Old town hot springs Steamboat Springs CO, very affordable, friendly staff comfortable enough beds (which im usually picky about) and perfectly clean. I was pretty skeptical because of the low price but I tried it anyway since it’s just a night and I’m glad I did! I’ll definitely be back for some summer excursions!

Rabbit ear fun

It is a very nice hotel, i love the old signage/logo, for an older hotel its been updated. Some of the rooms back up to the river for a great view. The parking lot is spacious, the location of the hotel is close to downtown, easy walking distance, the Waterpark is right across the street Not a lot of choices at the breakfast

Motel is just across the street from the hot springs and offers discount tickets. You can easily walk there, and to several restaurants down the street.Rooms are clean and quiet.

So, this IS a motel thats been here for decades,but beds were comfy..had fridge,microwave,sm coffee pot,updated BR/shower. Location was the best! Across from hot spring! Pricey tho,as all hotels here are. Breakfast just cold stuff..disappointing for price!

This is a nice family run hotel situated directly at one end of Main St. in Steamboat Springs. The whole downtown area is right at your doorstep. Rooms are old style but fully maintained, very clean with a great staff. Well worth a visit.

Rabbit Ears Hotel needs discount package offer.

I need a better rate on the room. I can only afford $119 a night because I couldn't get a package deal for a 10 day period. That would be $1190 plus taxes for a 10 day package deal that would be the best place to stay in town.
