When we checked in, there was a noticeable stain on the comforter. When I called the front desk to get another one, I was told that I would need to bring it down or wait an hour for one to be delivered to the room. At that time, I brought the comforter down to the front desk, and received a replacement. When I returned to my room to put my sheets on the bed, there was another stain on the replacement comforter. When I took the second comforter down to the front desk, the front desk clerk, Francisco, told me that he wanted me to show him where the stain was and he did not apologize for the inconvenience. I told him that he would have to find the stain on his own. He acted like I am gaining something from having to deal with this issue. I asked him to have the GM contact me to discuss this issue.

Its good, needs upgrades.

We came to do the Tarleton tour with our daughter. It was a decent hotel, really needs some upgrades, but I'd stay there again. I'm very picky with hotels too. They did have some awesome yogurt with granola for breakfast. Could of went without the mini juice box orange and apple juices, they were no good and weird for an adult.

Nice but bathroom had a dirty spot, and ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work

Location and all aspects of the hotel amenities were fabulous. Our only complaint was that the hotel was noisy until 2:00 am due to inconsiderate guests. We finally resorted to calling the front desk after someone banged into our door. Looking into the hallway, there was a man laying in the floor clothed in only a towel with a toothbrush in his mouth. Not a pleasant surprise. After calling the front desk, the noise was not as bad. Needless to say, we were not rested upon beginning our next day's activities. Otherwise, our time in the hotel was very good.

Good place

We slept well, plenty of room, nice breakfast, second tv did not work which not a big deal.

The toliet ran all night and the ice machine on our floor was not functioning.
