This two bedroom house gives you the feel of country living but without the hassle. Cozy house just a few miles to TSU campus with room for up to seven guests. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and a twin. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. There is also two comfy full size couches. The bathroom has full tub/shower. Roku TV in living room as well as bedroom 2. Fully equipped kitchen. Less than 1 mile from the square for boutique shopping!

Property Manager was Great, Very clean and Cozy!

Everything went smooth and was easy, clean and comfy! Location was on the outskirts of town but not far from everything as its a small town and we enjoyed that part. The only thing that would be nice was a full length mirror somewhere because I couldn't see what i looked like getting ready for church Sunday morning, ha!

Wedding trip

Kerry was very accommodating, went out of the way to get us checked in early as we had a Wedding at 4:00 ( normal check in time).The house is so cute with a huge kitchen and big dinning table perfect for a gathering. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows.The back patio looks out to a field with tons of birds. It was perfect for early morning coffee. We would definitely go back!

Our family enjoyed our stay while in town visiting our college kiddo. My husband and I enjoyed the older charm of the home. While the kiddos enjoyed the modern conveniences such as the Wifi and snacks. Perfect fit for us!

This is a very clean, nice house. Loved the decor, the snacks/water and the comment book. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans/utensils/crock pot/etc.. The tower fans available in each bedroom were nice. Beds were comfortable. There were games to play and books to read. Communication was great. We will stay again. The only thing I would change is to put curtains or blinds on the back windows. There isn't a house directly behind this one but it still is a little creepy at night knowing anyone could see in without you knowing. And the sign in the house and on the listing said check out was at 11 but it was really 10am. Thank you for a great stay!! I usually wake up all stuffy when at a hotel, but not here, it was great!
