Wonderful place! Good price, everything you need, very clean! I would come back with no hesitation. The young guy (don’t remember his name) at the front desk was so professional and efficient. He went over our expectations in customer service!

The facility is extremely nice, clean and well set up. The staff was impeccable Hidi and Lucy were by far the best. Absolutely an amazing breakfast each morning, hats off to the kitchen staff the best !!!!!! House keeping was not only great but so friendly. I highly recommend this facility to any one that is traveling near here !!!

Hotel war super schön und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Croissants waren diesmal auch wieder vorhanden.

Schönes Hotel - aber Mängel

Das Hotel liegt in einer wirklich schönen Umgebung und die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht überzeugend: Unter dem Bett wurde offenbar noch nie gestaubsaugt, in der Seifenschale waren Seifenreste und im Lavabo zeigte sich ein brauner Ring rund um den Abfluss – insgesamt leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das Abendessen war enttäuschend: Das Schnitzel war so stark frittiert, dass die Panade abfiel, die Pommes waren innen noch roh, und der Salat bestand aus Resten des Frühstücksbuffets (z. B. ungenutzte Gurken und Peperoni). Eine Sauce zum Salat fehlte ganz. Am Empfang und im Restaurant konnte man mir keine Auskunft zur Region geben – die Antwort lautete schlicht: „Ich bin nicht von hier.“ Der Empfang war zudem oft unbesetzt, und Kundendaten lagen offen einsehbar auf dem Tresen – ein deutliches Problem beim Datenschutz. Ich habe das Gespräch mit der Hotelleitung gesucht und eine Rückerstattung erhalten, was ich sehr schätze. Dennoch möchte ich diese Bewertung schreiben – auch nach dem freundlichen und klärenden Gespräch – weil die Mängel gravierend sind, besonders in Bezug auf Datenschutz, Sauberkeit und Service. Es lagen 3 Handies unbeaufsichtigt da, die jemand einfach hätte mitnehmen können inkl. vieler Gastdaten. Wir fahren diese Strecke mehrmals jährlich und hätten uns gefreut, hier regelmässig zu übernachten. Doch unter diesen Umständen ist das leider nicht möglich.
