Overall, it was okey. Close to many of the great old city centre sights. Most amenities in the room were good. We were missing any sort of towel to dry dishes, like a tea towel. Detractor was general cleanliness. The coffee table was not cleaned properly or well as we could see numerous cup rings from previous stays. We could see a significant buildup of dust on the air duct in the main space. Made us wonder about what we couldn’t see. The sofa bed was hard to sit in as the pillows and extra towels were stuffed into the bed itself. Better to leave these things in any of the various storage cabinets, of which there are many. This was another good thing about it. But again, we only discovered what the problem with the sofa was once we prepared to sleep for the night. Simple fix, so please fix it.

Excellent location. Lots of stairs but we did get our exercise climbing them. When you get to apartment press door bell and you will be assisted ( wish we knew that earlier). Once they provide you with code to enter into foyer, virtual attendant will get your room keys set up - they have a machine on site. Enjoy this place. I would stay here again

Not enough toilet paper or bath towels. Could use dish cloths for kitchen to wipe down surfaces. No kitchen towels for drying. Lovely area to stay at our room was thankfully on first floor.

While room the size of a closet was clean and conveniently situated, picture and promotion of property was deceptive. Did I say room and amenities were tiny? Poorly ventilated as well. Also, be aware that it is accessed up 6 floors of narrow stone spiral stairwell.

Right in the centre of old town and surrounded by restaurants but a narrow stairwell and no lift, a bedroom that is quite literally as wide as the bed and constant noise from the bell tower! There are no cars allowed at certain times so be prepared to lift your suitcases over a long stretch of cobblestones and up multiple flights of stairs. The check-in process was very weird, performed over a ring camera. No questions answered, no information given.

The location was great and the property itself was decent. However, if I had not read the reviews here, I would not have known what to do when I got there. There is no communication from the property owner/management with instructions for how to access the unit. They should at least send an email beforehand with instructions! The window shades do not come down which means in the summer the sun will wake you up at 4am! Also, I asked about WiFi and was told there would be information in the room, there was no information. Not sure who manages this but if you have guests staying, you should be responsive to questions. Despite the great location, I would not stay here again due to the inconveniences.

The property itself was nice, even without air conditioning, but with the windows open, you get the smell of cigarettes coming in on the street side. I tried twice to contact the manager with a couple questions, but he never answered and didnt call back.

Do not stay here unless you are able to tote your luggage up 4 flights on a spiral staircase, followed by a treacherous small wooden set of spiral stairs. There is no window. No toiletries. No signage out front. 3:30pm is an absurdly late check in, and they are not accommodating to early check in, even if you get in at 8am. The place to store your luggage is nowhere close and obviously difficult to get to, as Old Town is not easily accessible for vehicles (hard to get an uber) and the train station is quite a walk with luggage. The only redeeming quality is the location right near Old Town square. Also worth noting, it is right next to a school or child care center so there are constantly children SCREAMING and crying throughout the day. I would only recommend staying here if it's for 1 night, and all you have is a backpack or purse.

Location was fabulous, right in the middle of the old town of Stockholm. The apartment was great for 2 people. The apartment was clean but a little on the dark side. It was a good value for this area.

We were watching our daughter run the marathon, so needed a quite area. Unfortunately the room we had looked out onto an old internal courtyard and on Saturday night people were talking and partying until 01.30! The noise choef upwards hence we got little rest!

Good location. Hard work climbing stairs to 4th floor with suitcases. Street entry by only door difficult as no instructions sent. Kitchen equipment lacking microwave and toaster. No teatowel to dry dishes. Two of the blinds wouldn’t stay down which was a problem as opposite close apartments could see straight in to us.

Room and location great, but not communication

Great location and nice room, but communication with the host was not satisfactory. They didn't offer luggage storage services, which created additional issues for us that we had to resolve urgently.
