Pros: Good price, nice breakfast selections, clean lobby and bathroom, somewhat clean room, near UoP, grocery store across the parking lot, lots of parking available.
Cons: Dried blood spot on face towel, hair in bath tub, live silverfish on pillow, sketchy area in back parking lot, loud traffic from March Lane, noisy neighbor banging on door at 4am, ill equipped business center area, no visible security cameras or guards.

The receptionist didn’t answer the phone when I was calling for a wake up call after I tried 3 times and then I called the actual Hotels number and the receptionist answered immediately and when I asked for a wake up call for 6am I got the wake-up call at 5am 1 hr earlier. The shades in the room had dust on them and there was a candy wrapper from a previous occupant in the room
