Hotel was well appointed and in an excellent location central to the Christmas markets and restaurants. The staff was accommodating and helpful with our transportation needs. Highly recommend.

AC wasn’t working so they asked us to open the windows in the room. However, it was loud on the streets below.

Perfect stay in a Perfect Place
Posted Dec. 10, 2023 on HotelsThe staff was professional and very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the Christmas markets and in a beautiful area, the hotel couldn’t have been a better choice for us.
We also loved that they have their own little Christmas market right outside the doors.
Décor is lovely. We particularly loved the large stork mobile hanging in the lobby!

Not a 5 nor 4 star hotel
But convenient, the breakfast is very pricey for what they are offering!

The Sofitel was in a safe quiet area of Strasbourg but convenient to everything. The Cathedral was a 10 minute walk as were all the shopping and restaurants.
The breakfast was the best. The staff was very helpful.
