I would have liked earlier weekend breakfast (even if it was just some baked goods/fruit) and maybe a discount in the restaurant for being a guest, Lovely and helpful staff, very clean rooms

Stiflingly hot! Bottom sheet was not fitted and kept coming loose. poor quality towels.

Love this place! Beautiful location, personable customer service, the design of the rooms is gorgeous and it is overall a wonderful experience. It’s my second time here and hoping to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Brooke took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Great dining options and Mercer Hall restaurant was fabulous! We’ll be back soon!
