Stayed here as a family of four with two younger children in September. The pool is a very welcome feature after a long day of exploring the ruins. Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, and most importantly the staff are outstanding. Highly recommend 👍

Hotel is ok for the price. Rooms have seen better days and cleanliness was not great. Breakfast was plentiful (buffet) but I personally didnt like it.

Family trip

We stay here every time we visit Sukhothai. The service has always been great. This visit was during the pandemic. Service was limited. Breakfast was included in the booking but instead of buffet service, food had to be ordered in advance. It was tasty. The two things that were short for this trip were 1) towels were smelly. 2) staff wasn’t reachable during the night time. However, we understood that it was right after the relaxing of the public heath measure restrictions, hotel probably was understaff. We reached out to the hotel directly to voice our feedback. We would still give a 5/5 for the overall experience. We will be back again.

Good hotel with minor flaws

Very friendly staff who provided good service. I have only a minor complaint which is to do with breakfast. I feel as if the standards were a bit below that of four stars in relation to what was provided - eg the fruits provided were minimal and tasteless. Also the eggs were precooked long before consumption and were not warm or hot when served.
