You will be close to everything when you stay at LakeWay Retreat. Conveniently located in downtown Sullivan, 4 minutes from Lake Sullivan, 4 minutes from US Highway 41, and within a short walking distance to the many great local restaurants. Also, centrally located from the many Fish and Wildlife/Recreation areas nearby. Great location for those that enjoy boating, fishing, hunting, off-roading, bird watching, or small-town shopping. Boat and trailer parking available!

We have all of the essentials of home. Water softener and bathroom with large shower. Make yourself at home with our stocked kitchen with pots & pans, plates, bowls, silverware, paper plates, cups, wine glasses, beer mugs, cooking utensils, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee with our Keurig with k-cups, creamer, and sweetener. Complementary bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, Q-tips, etc. Relax with one of our cozy throws while watching TV in the living room and bedroom with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. High-speed WiFi provided with a central work space. Quaint and Cozy

I stayed here multiple days a week for a couple months. The owner did a fantastic job of ensuring the property was well maintained and clean before each stay. She was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I had no issues during my stay and would book again if I ever head down that way again. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

The place was great and the host was great, I don’t think it was obvious that it is connected to a bait shop (shares a wall) and basically in the parking lot of a Dairy Queen. So it’s loud traffic until midnight

Jaime was absolutely wonderful!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the weekend. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and great location. All the extra little things, snacks, coffee, toiletries... We really felt like Jaime went above and beyond to make it such a great experience that we can't wait to do it again next year.

Communication was very prompt, loved all the extras like the coffee bar and my teen loved the snacks . The owner was nice enough to bring extra heaters during very bad weather that hit suddenly just in case needed , they even cleared snow out around my handicap van without me ever asking!! They just went above and beyond! Excellent visit!

4th of July Paradise!

The Lake Way Retreat was perfect for our week with friends for the July 4th holiday! We arrived to a cozy and clean house with much needed snacks and drinks waiting for us. The location was perfect...lake was just a few minutes away, grocery stores right down the street, and many restaurants to choose from (kids loved walking over to Dairy Queen everyday)! There were all the kitchen and bathroom supplies needed to make us feel at home. Thank you for a wonderful week!
