Prairieview Cabin is a charming, newly constructed retreat designed to feel both cozy and open. Dormer windows on both sides fill the cabin with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere that invites you to slow down and settle in. The open floor plan offers a warm, welcoming space to relax and fully enjoy the quiet of the countryside. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds and generous closet space for hanging clothes. In the living area, a full-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for guests. The kitchen is fully stocked for your stay and includes both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Complimentary coffee is provided so you can begin your mornings unhurried and at ease. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and is stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Outdoor Living The outdoor patio is a highlight of Prairieview Cabin and is designed for relaxed evenings and unhurried time outdoors. Gather around the fire pit for cozy nights, enjoy meals at the table beneath the pergola with soft string lights, or use the charcoal grill for an easy outdoor dinner. Charcoal and firewood are provided for your convenience. After a day of exploring or resting, unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars and let the quiet of the countryside set the pace. Early mornings and late evenings often bring glimpses of deer, and you may hear the distant clip-clop of a horse and buggy or a far-off train whistle — gentle reminders of rural life at its best. Location & Privacy While Prairieview Cabin is located along a main highway, it is set well back from the road and surrounded by open grain and hay fields, creating a peaceful and private setting shielded from traffic noise. Guests have access to a small pond and are welcome to fish or take a quiet walk around the property. At night, enjoy the natural sounds of insects, bullfrogs, and owls beneath wide prairie skies. The owners’ home is located on the property but is separated by a row of trees, allowing guests to enjoy their own private space while still knowing assistance is nearby if needed.
