Such a waste

It's sad to see such place go to waste. The refurbishment was nice but all else was not. We arrived to see old mattresses and rubbish at our doorstep. There is no phone in the room, for room service, you'll have to call using your own phone. The food arrived in a disposable plastic container. No towels in the room, we had to call for it. No hot water, we complained twice, they said they sent maintenance to check, still the same. Only on 3rd day, we were changed into another room. The key card was a problem, we couldn't get into the room. The breakfast area had a lot of flies in an air conditioned space. The a/c was leaking beside the table that I was dining at. No staff seemed to bother about the leak. Someone could've slip and fall.

Apartment was dusty n chairs had stain. Air conditioning Not working properly n overall bad experience
