Will Stay Again
Publié le 28 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe unit we stayed in was top notch. Everything was in very good order. The new flooring looked great. I did worry about using the cooktop or toaster because of the notice above the rangehood about the call out fees for the smoke alarms.
The parking area was a bit smelly at times and the garden behind our unit was not looking as smart as usual.
The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Stayed in Building 1, the room was really nice, clean and the bed was super comfortable. My only complaint would be the room had a slight sewer smell when we walked in. I did mention this to reception when checking out and apparently it is a known problem with building 1.

The odour you mention was out of our control due to the amount of wet weather the region has experienced lately. We have engaged a plumber to attend to the issue.
