Villa Antema is a contemporary and exclusive Villa with private pool over looking a long and sandy beach near Riambel. While in the south of the island, the area is very quiet; Uniquely, the views from the terrace and the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms give not only on the turquoise lagoon but also on magnificent sunsets.
Location
Villa Antema is a beautiful 34 km drive from the airport SSR , where you enjoy the Mauritian scenery passing through villages and Sugar plantations. Not to mention the first glimpse of sea and beaches all along to the south and up to Riambel.

On the ground floor:
The Living room has a large screen TV with satellite channels , DVD player, HiFi. In addition, large window doors opening to the Terrace and pool with great views on beach and sea.
Furthermore on ground floor: 1 guest toilet , a laundry /Ironing room and a large modern and fabulously equipped kitchen, 2 fridges, including an American fridge with ice cube maker, Nespresso machine with a few caps for your arrival.
Bedrooms
Bedroom1:
The main bedroom is a spacious suite on ground floor with large glass doors opening to the pool and sea. The room has a double bed of 2 m x 1. 60 m, a spacious bathroom en suite/wc, an office corner, a walk-in closet, Air Conditioning and above all, a flat screen TV with Sat. Channels.
Desk and chair with large iMac free to use.
Bedroom 2
is on the first floor with wide glass windows and beautiful sea views; Double bed of 2 m x 1. 60 m, en suite bathroom / wc, Air conditioning and also a flat screen TV with satellite channels.

Follows the Veranda of 80 m2 and swimming pool is an outdoor kitchen dedicated to barbecues with a quality wood-fired grill. the Veranda invites to relax with comfortable sofas, a dining table for 8 people, all this with stunning views over the garden and lagoon.
Villa Antema has an alarm, a safety deposit box, electric gates. The property of Villa Antema is fenced with a large lawn for children to play and gives directly on the beach; Enjoy long walks or jogging on either directions.
For larger group guests can rent in addition the Chalet Cardinal or Chalet Kestrel.
SERVICES
2 housemaids take turns from 8:00 to 13:00 from Monday to Friday and 8:00 to 12:00 on Saturday. They do the cleaning and the beds. They speak French and Creole and understands English.
Preparation of meals is possible; Menu and price to be discussed with the manager at arrival. She will tell you what you need to purchase for Mauritian Specialties.
A gardener tends to the pool as well.
If you want to hire a babysitter, the manager will organise it for you.


Surroundings
At only 5 min walking distance is the horse riding club, also for beginners, then 5 min by car is the famous golf course of Bel Ombre, furthermore, a famous Vortex at 3 min. A small shop is to be found at 500 meter for basic, although you get all you need in other Supermarkets in the surrounding Villages , 10 min by car; The south is less expensive than the north , with typical non touristic restaurants also offering take away. This part of the Island is great for swimming with the dolphins and Whale watching.
Watersport, Diving, Fishing and much more are available in the nearby Hotels, 10 min by car.
Visit the Waterfalls and color earth of Chamarel, Le Morne, Souillac and Gris Gris.

Taxis are available, but we recommend to rent a car for Villa Antema; On demand, we organize your airport transfer and car rental with delivery at the airport Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam or villa Antema.
