This property is not safe. The door had pry marks on them like it had been broken into. The room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed, swept, or dusted. There were dead bugs. It was literally disgusting. We left and found a hotel that was clean enough to sleep in.

Stayed bc my 14 year old loves to swim

If you can't handle stairs this place isn't for you. I know it is in the process of being remodeled which u am sure is costing 1000s.. so they are working on it as we speak. It American owned which is super important to me so this is where I will be staying when I go there. They have a super nice pool and outdoor area, restaurant and bar.

Staff was great, room was needing repair, sink was cracked, floor felt like you could fall through at any moment, shower would randomly go from scalding to ice cold no matter the settings. Hopefully the new management can get these things fixed

Thank you for your kind words!! You were here when Texas was in the middle of its "Polar Vortex" - and of course, where else but Texas can it go from -1 to 79 degrees in less than a week? We were blessed that the power didn't go out, and that we were able to help so many people without heat and/or water "weather the storm."
