Clean, warm, close to variety of shops and a 5 min walk to the mall. Staff are friendly and you can check in a bit early too which is good! Only downfall for me is no onsite parking. Parking would have to be Marion street car park and a slight walk uphill other than that excellent accommodation!

Apart from my arrival I couldn't speak to any member of staff. There were only power points in the bathroom! They didn't provide me with a sign to hang on my door if I wanted my room cleaned. An emergency alarm went off in the morning. It continued for about 15 minutes, though there was clearly nothing happening.Not cheap either.
