Entire 3-Bedroom House in Central Glebe

Welcome to our warm and welcoming home in the heart of Glebe! We offer two private rooms in a shared house, ideal for travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stay in Sydney.

Our home is located in Glebe, NSW, just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transport for easy access to Sydney CBD, Darling Harbour, and universities.

The rest of the house, including kitchen, bathroom, and living areas, is shared with other guests and long-term tenants.

Attic Room: A charming attic space with a cozy queen bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers who love a unique setting.

Twin Room: A bright and simple room with two single beds, perfect for friends, siblings, or colleagues.

Guests have access to their private bedroom, the attic room, and the twin room.

The guests also share the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas with other guests/tenants.

We give guests their own space but are available via Airbnb messaging for any questions or assistance throughout your stay.

Welcome to Flexi-Room!

We’re so glad you’re here. To keep things comfortable for everyone, just a few simple guidelines:

No smoking inside, on balconies, or in common areas - it’s a $700 fine if we find signs of it.

Please lock up when you head out - we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Keep noise down after 9 pm and skip the parties so everyone can rest easy.

You’re welcome to have up to 2 visitors between 8 am -9 pm - overnight or extra guests may incur charges.

Take care of the room and shared spaces as if they were your own.

Lost keys/swipe cards/remotes cost $200–$500 to replace.

Only park in your assigned spot if parking is included.

Some building facilities (like gym or pool) may be closed from time to time - please check with us.

We’ll need a quick photo ID check before or during your stay.

Please note that the room doesn`t have lock for the attic room, the twin room has lock
