Sliding doors are not double glazed so street noise at night is quite disturbing.

Staff was excellent. We had some issues in the room wr checked in but they remedy this the next morning. Location was excellent and plenty of shops around. The buffet was basic but the kids liked it. I would stay there again

Great location. Overall room was good but had stains on walls from leaks. It had a dirty sink and clogged drain. The carpeting was a bit worn. There is a bit of street noise from below. But overall a good place to stay with family.

The hotel was very easy to find and access, staff were welcoming & helpful, the room was large and well laid out. We stayed on a Saturday night, it was extremely noisy outside until about 2am. There was also screaming, yelling and the foulest of foul language just outside our door in the hallway. My 5 year old woke up and was terrified. So it became a very long night for us. We felt unsafe and were counting the hours till we could leave.

We really enjoyed our week at Rydges Cronulla - the view from our ocean view suite was stunning, the location perfect and my sons loved the spa despite the cold weather.
