Main problem for us was chasing up property managers.
May need better organization around key pick up after hours and entry also with auto doors out after hours.
We enjoyed our stay though.
The property is located at a small security building with a carpark at the basement. The location is very convenient and close to train and bus stations (less than 5 minutes walk).
The 2-bedroom property is very spacious and has two toilets. One carpark space provided at the building basement.
The condition of the property may need some maintenance. Carpet needs steam cleaning. Laundry machines were smelly and need thorough cleaning. Kitchenware needs replenishing as the pots and pans and the lids were mismatched.
The property manager contacted us exactly 3 days before check-in and 3 days before check-out for check-in/out instructions. As we checked-in and out on Saturdays, we would like to have the instructions earlier as the property management office closed at weekends.
There was no reply to our "early" emails. Fortunately, everything ran smoothly. The property management office may consider communicating with the tenants in a more responsive way.
