Hotel Manager was very kind and supportive. He was there for me if I needed anything. Cozy room - cleaned every day. Could not ask for a better location. Very convenient specially for a solo lady traveller. I highly recommend it.

Would stay again.

Fantastic location, really lovely and friendly staff and quiet rooms. The room had good Aircon and the shower was great. Very good price for the accomodation. Loads of places for breakfast nearby so need to do breakfast included. Not a romantic couples hotel but perfect for exploring Sydney. Next time we're in Sydney, we'll be booking here!

The property was very central to where we needed to be. The rooms are outdated and could do with a spruce especially to be competitive in that area. Bedding was comfortable enough. We could not program the TVs which pretty much rendered them useless. Travelling with an older parent he wanted to watch some TV when back in the room but he couldn’t. The staff did provide a bottle of wine and some chocolates but the TV would have been more useful. Staff were pleasant and check in and out was easy. Complimentary water was in the room. No parking available but there are options close by. Suitable for overnight.

Honestly. Not impressed. The room was tiny, almost as big as the bathroom and my side of the bed was against a wall. At 50 years old, it’s important to be able to easily get out of bed to go to the toilet. I wouldn’t stay there again.
