Excellent property, clean, modern, very spacious room. Professional staff. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room has a great view to Fuji! Only a short walk to Tachikawa station. This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely stay at Sorano next time we visit Tokyo again!

Staff are 100% on point here..: amazing service and facilities at this beautiful hotel… near by there are a range of dining options and a safe beautiful liner garden walk to the near by rail station.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The hospitality was amazing. The only thing is that if you have tattoos, you’re not able to go into the pool unless you wear a cover up provided by the hotel, which is similar to a wet suit.

Loved the beautifully appointed pet-friendly suite. It was perfect in every way - clean, well designed, well appointed, great views of the park. Perfect. The only surprise was the need to make an extra payment to use the pool, even if you are a guest of the hotel. Given how much we pay for the room, it seemed strange to have to pay to use the pool.

The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again.

great location and food was excellent but was not very helpful when I wanted to bring friends to the restaurant up stairs. no place to wait up stairs and they would not notify us when a table would be available. did not feel welcomed. not sure i will go back. too rigid and not helpful.
