Housekeeping did not ensure amenities in room were complete - bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were emptynto nearly empty. Ceiling above bathroom sink leaking water. Concerned if water leak was from above guest room toilet water. Not acceptable. Potentially unhygienic.

The staff here are truly caring and attentive. The amenities are wonderful, especially the generous breakfast buffet that makes you feel cared for. Love the hotel the location is accessible to the mall. The downfall has no towel I have to call the reception but no answer at all, so I have to go downstairs to get a towel. Not satisfied for paying 4500 a night

Staff was excellent (front desk, bell hop, housekeeper, everyone)! Rooms were very clean. Shopping mall adjacent to the hotel was a bonus and included numerous dining options. Close proximity to the airport is one of the reasons I always stay at this hotel. The only negative point is finding adequate parking at times.
Food in the hotel restaurant was above average prices but was also above average quality. Our server was very helpful.
Poolside bar did not disappoint. The bartender was very attentive.

It's probably the hotel in the area. Excellent location, directly across from Robinson Mall which offers yiu several dinning options.
