Located in a tranquil neighborhood, this house provides a peaceful retreat while close to all the attractions. Spend your days checking out nearby parks, shopping centers, and restaurants, or simply unwind in your private space. This home is a 15 minute walk from the Federal Way Downtown light rail station, located 0.7 miles away.

After a day of sightseeing, return to the house and relax in the cozy living room or enjoy a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Stay connected with high-speed internet, stay cool during the warmer months with central air conditioning, and have the convenience of a washer/dryer at your disposal.

Please note this property has two homes: this vacation rental home and a main house with full-time tenants.

Owners have a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum Occupancy of 4 people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties with no refund.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). First, it was as advertised. Clean, super convenient for our purposes, and for access to both the city and outdoors. Beds were comfortable, good fresh linens, and near the main thoroughfare but secluded and quiet. I would stay there again.
This never gets old.

Bad curb appeal/ door code didn’t work

The code given did not work to enter property and took over an hour to resolve.Also, the yard of the property was not maintained with half dead ferns and moss covering front entrance.Both Vacasa and owner need to do a better job.

Somenthings did not work

The washer did not work and when we tried tobrun the dishwasher the last day it would not work either??? Contacted management but we left with having tonfind a Laundromat.

Weekend trip

Small home that is completely updated and very nice. Secluded area that is private and quiet. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay. Vacasa was very good with their communication and made checkin and checking out very seamless.
