Most of the time it’s good but this time the floor was dirty, toilet was running and after I told them the first night it wasn’t fixed.
Bed had a hole in the bed sheet and a stain on the comforter and left no coffee on the 2nd day plus my keycard didn’t work the second night which really made me mad as I had to go all the way back to office and wait 10 minutes in line to get that fixed.

Towels were dirty (still had stains), blankets were also dirty (had ink stains and dried blood). Rooms were not noise proof at all, could hear cars on the street very loudly. Unsafe to walk in surrounding streets. Staff at the front desk were nice and quick though.

Facility though dated was clean. Breakfast was better than continental, sausages, eggs, waffles in addition to standard muffins, toast etc. Room was quiet. Check in easy, front staff GM Brent very pleasant, saw him at checkout too. Overall value for the money. Would stay again
