The space
Upstairs:
- Primary Bedroom 1: King with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed

Downstairs:

- Bedroom 4: Queen, twin daybed with trundle
- Bedroom 5: King

FEATURES:
* Enjoy new furnishings, beds and decor throughout the chalet, ensuring comfort and style at every turn.
* New coffee/drink bar in living room with drink/wine refrigerator.
* Unwind in the new hot tub set amidst a sprawling, heavily wooded lot — the perfect playground for kids.

SPECIAL NOTE:
We have just completed the first phase of a multiphase project. The kitchen and living area have been completely redone. There are a few quirks since the remodel is not fully complete, it should not impact your stay.

While the space is fully functional, please be aware of a few quirks:
* The washer/dryer has been relocated from the upstairs bunk room to the downstairs Bedroom 5 closet, which is slated to become a full bathroom and laundry room in future phases.
* A patio door in the kitchen awaits future access to a rear patio; for now, it remains sealed.
* Please note that the garage and adjacent room are currently undergoing renovations and are not accessible during your stay.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire house. We are in the midst of a multi-phase remodel and the garage is currently unavailable for guests.
Other things to note
- Unique refrigerator ice maker that automatically makes spherical ice cubes.
- Pop-up outlet on kitchen island with multiple USB-A and USB-C charging ports.

If you need more space, Zermatt has a sister property, Bear Lodge, that is walking distance (500 yards). With the two properties we can accommodate up to 20 additional guests (34 total). See verb.com/
