We got a great reception with tea. They took care of our luggage. The room was clean a modern style. The bathroom has shower and bath. All minibar was included. They had great breakfast buffet. Also the price/ night was good!

台南晶英一直以來都是我到台南的首選，但這次的經驗真的不同以往，讓人失望，房間設施已有舊舊的感，且其他迎賓飲品無法與先前堪比，以前住的都不想離去現在是讓人想快點結束。房務人員也不親和真的不如從前，要好好跟太魯閣菁英學學!!!!
