The manager on duty (Jackson, I believe) was very good at managing the situation. He made sure that I was alright and explained the steps that he took and is taking to help me. I was a bit frazzled, but he managed to step in with a great attitude considering the situation, called the local police and within half an hour he called me with the great news that my lost items will be delivered at 9:00pm, which they were. 5-stars

We upgraded to a club room and the payoff was fabulous! It provided both of us breakfast, dinner, and a sauna, daily for two days. The club room was quiet… we very much appreciated the signage regarding child noise…and even ice was provided for my husband’s sore knee. Our stay aligned with Alex’s climb of 101!

Everything about this hotel’s reputation is correct. Professional multi lingual front desk, clean rooms and great location next to Taipei 101 made this hotel impressive. We did not try the breakfast instead went to food court next door. I would highly recommend and will stay again the next time we are in Taipei.

The room at the Grand Hyatt Taipei was outstanding. Many amenities were included that made the stay special. The bathtub was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the view was exceptional. The staff was very professional and went above and beyond our expectations. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The location was excellent!
