While the hotelâs location and room were decent, the overall service experience fell short of expectations.
We booked a room for two adults and one child (6 years old), but upon arrival, we noticed that only two sets of towels were provided. I called reception to request an additional towel for my child, but was informed that only two sets were allowed as only two adults were registered. I explained to the male staff that it was unhygienic for my child and I to share a towel, and only then did he reluctantly agree to send one âas a one-time exception.â
On the second day, all the reception staff on duty were male and noticeably unfriendly. Even with their masks on, their lack of warmth and unwillingness to assist was apparent. When I asked for directions to the breakfast area, the response was curt and came across as rude.
In summary, the hotel itself is fine, but the service, particularly the attitude of the staff, was disappointing. If youâre someone who prefers minimal interaction with staff, you may still enjoy your stay.
