Quiet location. Check in and out staff friendly as well as overnight front desk. Forgot to ask for late check out stayed til noon; rather nice to feel I can rest without cleaning staff pushing you out.

The room that we had scheduled wasn’t available. Our son had to sleep on the floor due to the room not having a sofa bed like we had reserved. The host apologized and said they had already given our room to someone that had checked in before us.

Service was awful, false advertising about the number of beds, uncomfortable and they provided zero housekeeping. Bartender ignored my husband. Very disappointing.

Purchased the breakfast for two option, they said it was breakfast for only one. The resolution they gave me was to purchase the other breakfast and get reimbursed by Expedia. I expected them to give us the breakfast and take it up with Expedia themselves.

The service of this hotel is excellent! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at a very convenient location, not too far from FSU and had several nearby dining options. We made a great choice.
