You will enjoy its private indoor jacuzzi, its south-facing terrace with a view of the old roofs and the bell tower. Ideal for spending time with family or friends, in summer and winter alike, it is seductive for its calm, charm and pleasant location, offering shade and coolness from the afternoon onwards. Set between the lake and the mountains, Le Prestancia is the ideal place for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.
Situated on the garden level with a private parking space in front of the house, the accommodation comprises ..:

- Jacuzzi for up to 6 people, with access to a small terrace to enjoy sunny summer evenings
- Full laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine and hanging space.
- Natural drainage system for rainwater run-off, preserving the beauty of the lake.

- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, extractor hood and filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils
