The luxurious Jade Coast 2 Villa in Tamarindo is located in the heart of famous Tamarindo Beach! You will enjoy your own private gated piece of paradise while being steps from the beach and Tamarindo restaurants, night life, shopping, beach & surfing! We are only a couple minute walk across the street from the beach near the El Diria hotel side of town.

This large villa is a comfortable and spacious space (over 3,000 sq ft), perfect for family and friends to gather and relax. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms which is fully air conditioned - enjoy amazing sleep with 3 king size beds, two twin beds, a foldout couch, and queen air mattress with space enough for 2 families 8-10 people. The 4th bedroom suite with private bathroom w/shower, microwave, and sitting table is located above the garage and conveniently has its own entrance off the pool area. All rooms have air conditioners for your comfort. and the bedrooms offer lots of storage in the large built-in closets. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, cooking supplies, and an eat at island.

The beautifully furnished home includes a smart TV with wifi. We have the latest in Wifi technology and the house utilizes a Eero system which is a mesh type system that blankets the whole house with transmitters on each floor so the internet is fast and reliable in all rooms including the studio apartment. There's a dining nook off the kitchen, as well as plenty of seating on the patio/terrace which the living room opens up to. Inside laundry room with washer/dryer, linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, and two blow dryers are included.

The entire property is included with your reservation. Amenities include a private pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, BBQ, private parking and garage, large covered terraces and balconies. The outdoor barbecue area provides a fun alternative to cooking for the whole family or for your BBQ party with friends. Have a drink on our patio while listening to tropical birds and howler monkeys announce their presence...

Free cable and High Speed Wireless Internet (WiFi). Bring your Fire-stick or Roku if you want, but we suggest you enjoy the beach! There is a landline phone provided - local calls included - long distance requires calling card. There is also a safe in the upstairs bedroom closet.

Tamarindo is known for a variety of activities such as World-Cass Surfing, Golf, Boating, Swimming, Hiking, Nature Trails, Wildlife Watching Tours, Jetskiing, Canopying, Fishing, Sailing, Horse Back Riding.... Alternatively, enjoy the large variety of restaurants, bars and clubs in Tamarindo or discover the town's many shops and stores. Tamarindo has some very sophisticated Super Markets and restaurants. There are also different tour operators, banks, spas, car rental agencies and all other necessary services in Tamarindo.

We are in Tamarindo proper not Playa Langosta or Playa Grande.

Perfect spot in town

Loved this house. It was far enough to get away from the people but close enough to walk to tons of fun. We all had a blast and the house was beautiful. Would 100% recomend this house.

Great home for 3 couples. Everything was better than expected; the pool, location, kitchen was well enough stocked for private chef to prepare a meal, place was clean, bed was comfortable, property managers replied quickly to any question. I'd stay again and recommend to friends.

Great place!

Great place to stay with a large group! Large comfortable home that was perfect for our 2 families of four to stay. Close to the beach and good restaurants. Pool isn’t quite as big as the pictures make it look but was still awesome for the kids to have in the court yard. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family vacation!

We had two families of 5 staying at this house and it was perfect!! We were close enough to the beach to walk and the house supplied all we needed (chairs, cooler). The owner and manager were very helpful and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Perfect location

This was the perfect property for our group. Short walk to the beach and all the charm of the town and the people. The check in process was easy and the property management team of Kelly and Olber took care of all our needs. The pool was a wonderful oasis in the afternoon and the monkeys across the street was very entertaining.

The property was just perfect for our group of 8 (adults plus teens). The house had all of the amenities needed and the beach chairs and cooler was so appreciated. The property managers were very quick to respond and took care of anything needed right away. I will definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Tamarindo!

Nice place, plenty of space,beautiful pool. It is walkable to the beach and town, so it's a terrific location. We rented the whole property, but nobody mentioned the entire suite by the pool was unavailable. We did not seem to have a key to that area at all. Comfy beds, good air conditioning!

Close walk to beach. Lots of space for big family. Comfy beds. Very clean and easy check-in process. Was perfect! Only warning would be make sure that you have set of keys with you at all times because you require it to enter/exit front gate as well as front door to house.

The house was sufficient for our needs. Water pressure was hit and miss. Could use a really good sprucing up. Our grandson cut his foot twice on sharp tiles in the pool. All in all an ok place to stay.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time. Property manager and owner always responded to our inquiries. House was wonderful. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were master sized and spacious. Morning swims in the pool were amazing. And a friendly iguana greeted us from the top of fence in the morning. Quick walk to the beach and easily accessible to downtown. I highly recommend this house.

House was very well supplied. Bedrooms were perfect for us and our 4 kids. Nice small pool. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels etc. The front office woman was not very helpful when our safe broke but a guy called us back and took care of everything. Would definitely rent again. Owner is extremely reliable and responsive .

Great location, perfect spot!

Ideal spot to stay with one or two families. Close to the beach, surf shops, restaurants, etc. the house was clean, cool, the pool was perfect, and the kitchen was well equipped for basic meals. Outdoor bbq and patio was awesome. Each room had its own a/c which was great. The room above the garage was difficult to manage the a/c with it blowing directly on the bed. Hard to sleep when it was too cold or too hot in that room, but all spaces inside were easy to customize. What a perfect, safe, private, centrally located option. Stayed over Christmas and new years which was super busy, but very fun!

An incredible place to stay in Tamarindo

I only hope that you have a chance to stay at Audrey's place in Tamarindo. She is an exceptional host and her place is perfect for anyone who want to just relax and enjoy the beautiful Pacific coast, warm waters and wonderful people of Costa Rica. Audrey's home was perfect for our group of 6. Very sort walk to the beach and great pool to just hang out. First trip to Costa Rica and we fell in love with the place. Beautiful people, landscapes and food. We are going back. Just don't take my week(S).

very good house but problems with pool and internet

Both our grandkids who used the pool got ear infections and we had to go to urgent care. We assume it was the pool water which was not disinfected properly. Also we struggled with the internet. We had to keep resetting the router

Perfect for family

We are a three generational family of seven ranging in age from 8 years old to 65, and this house was perfect for us. The bedroom setup worked well for us, with three of the rooms having ensuites, very comfortable beds, and plenty of room. The dining table was great for game time. And the pool was an absolute highlight. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. And the communication with both the owner and the property manager was timely and all questions were addressed. The location cannot be beat. You are a very short walk from the beach and from the center of town. We highly recommend this property!
