Extrêmement déçus
Publié le 16 août 2022 sur HotelsTrès très déçus. L'hôtel est surcoté il n'en vaut pas du tout le prix. Petit déjeuner typique imposé (haricots, riz et c'est tout) qu'il a fallu négocier en petit déjeuner classique. Travaux à coup de tronçonneuse, perceuse, marteau, karcher. Obligés de quitter notre chambre car l'échappement de la tronçonneuse est entré dans notre chambre, impossible de respirer. Alors oui ils avaient subi la tempête et donc des travaux à faire pas de soucis, mais tout de même au prix de l'hôtel on fait à minima une remise conséquente. A 1597 euros pour 4 nuits, on attend autre chose. et le titre de l'hôtel "adults only" est faux, il y avait bien des enfants. Seule chose positive : les chambres qui sont très belles.

Do the storm we had in Costa Rica we had to fix our reception area that was destroyed because of the weather. We always try to work as quiet as possible and hopefully soon it’s will be over.
And asked for breakfast we do have to typical breakfast but you can replace it to other options as well.

The beachfront location of our bungalow could not be beat! We enjoyed listening to and watching the antics of a group of Howler Monkeys in the trees above our bungalow. The restaurant food was very good. We enjoyed every meal we had there and also liked the walkability to many other beachfront restaurants. The bungalow itself has a unique Bohemian feel. We also enjoyed the nightly music and fire shows. As far as the service,Miguel, Miya, Sebastian and Jose were top notch. I'm sure I'm forgetting someone but the vibe here is very warm and welcoming. I wish we could've stayed longer!

The family and I just stayed here over Christmas. The whole staff was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Property is like Glamping... indoor/ outdoor vibe.. very cool and special. Magical Location. THANK YOU OCHO TEAM! We will be back. The Thornton Clan from Idaho.
