Our charming condo was designed to feel like a second home on the shore.
Little harbor is filled with lush tropical lawns and swaying palm trees, private beach in Ruskin, FL. Situated on a half-mile stretch of private beach, our tranquil property is a haven for outdoor activities like fishing, kayaking and Jet Skiing.

Our 530sqf beautiful condo has a Large King bed, sectional sofa, bistro table, TV, Wifi, refrigerator, kitchen, private balcony that is within walking distance of beach, marina and offers many activities. including bargain golf courses, Manatee watch, kayaking, horseback riding.

Our place is close to nightlife, family-friendly activities, and the airport. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, tennis courts, gym, pool, playground for the kids, and beach chairs available.

Short stay

4 night stay. Premises were as described and although older, still in very good shape. Comfortable room and very pleasant grounds. Plenty of things to do and only 5 miles from city amenities. The host was reachable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend the property and have no hesitation in staying there again.

Enjoyed our stay at Beach Resort at Little Harbor

The overall experience of the community was very good. It is a nice area, just about 2 miles off of the main drag. We ate at both the Sunset Grill and the Hooks Waterfront Grill. The food was very good at both. Service was also good. Our accommodations were as pictured. Everything was functional. I would consider staying here again.

95 degrees outside with no AC inside

The room was extremely hot. I turned on the air, but I was unsuccessful. I sent the host an email to ask her if she knew what the problem could be, but she never responded. That was very disappointing and very unprofessional. Needless to say, I had 3 hot sleepless nights there. The area was nice, but the place was hot, hot, hot.

I've learned I should ask more questions

We really enjoyed this community, and this place would have been perfect for a shorter stay. Some of the pics were dark, and I believe it said it was a 1 bedroom. While the king size bed was amazingly comfortable, this was a studio--the couch was right next to the bed. There also wasn't a kitchen--there is a hot plate that is stored in the cabinet and the refrigerator is dorm size.

Very restful

Easy and scenic 40 minute drive to St. Petersburg which was our main interest. Your suite, though, and the location along the channel was interesting. We found everything we needed in the suite and found it clean, well supplied and close to the stores in Ruskin. Thank you.

Location was great, property manager was prompt in returning messages. Check in was easy as we had the door code before arriving. The room could def use a freshen up. The paint colors are so dark and make the room feel closed in and not fresh. I would bring extra towels as you're only given 3. Overall , not a bad stay, but like I said the room needs an update, better lighting and lighter colored wallsto make it feel fresh and clean. The ceiling could use a fresh coat of white paint as well.

Nice Stay for a Northern Winter Break!

Nice quiet place to stay and relax for a long weekend break. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very much appreciated the coffee and filters and other kitchen supplies on hand. Loved the great water pressure in the shower! Tiny beach nearby and the two onsite restaurants were great. Didn't use the pool or tennis court but noticed others taking advantage of them. Easy check in and available parking. Would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet get away.
