We are conveniently located in Odessa, Fl. Close to the heart of Tampa Bay and all it has to offer. We are 30 min or less away from Tampa International Airport, malls, Busch Gardens, Tarpon Springs Sponge docks and Lowry Park Zoo. 40min away from Gulf beaches, Hard Rock Casino, Florida Aquarium, Straz Performing Arts Center (Broadway shows), Weeki Wachee Springs. Sports fans, we are home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays and Lighting sports teams. Also, we are only 1.5 hours away from Walt Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and all the Orlando attractions. Minutes away from your doorstep will be local restaurants, bike trails, Farmers Market, 4.5-star Golf courses, gas stations and grocery stores. We are close to everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful oasis.
Inside you will find an open floor plan with an inviting comforting decor, french doors in living area and master bedroom that open up to a large screened in porch that spans the entire width of the home, overlooking the lake. This is a place to read, relax, eat and enjoy the view bug-free. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking. Stand at the sink and enjoy the amazing view. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and water. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed with french doors looking out to the lake. Lie in bed each morning or evening and enjoy the sights and sounds of the lake. There is also a full master bathroom with a walk-in shower that will not disappoint. There is one more bedroom with another queen-sized bed. There is one more bathroom with tub/shower, also a washer and dryer inside the home. Linens and towels provided. The living room has a large screen TV, game console, DVDs, board games, wifi, and Fire stick so you can log into your favorite apps. You will have access to all of our local channels as well.
Outside you will find a large screened in porch with a fan, patio furniture to relax and eat outside. There is a fire pit, charcoal grill, fish cleaning station and 3 kayaks to enjoy. The lake has a beachfront, you can walk right in. You will see a gorgeous sunset right over the lake year round. This home is a great place to get away and make lasting family memories.
