Property was fine, clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. I was disappointed when I checked in and was told there were no double queen beds left although I had a reservation and had called to inform them of my late check in. I was given a king bed and sofa bed as a “ free upgrade “!? Explain that to the person who slept on the sofa bed

The staff was nice and helpful. They have a shuttle that runs to the cruise port every half hour. Nice clean room but it had a musty smell.

When I arrived I was advised that my second guest could not park their vehicle due to a one car limit because of an event. The other Guest in my room was forced to park elsewhere for $40, and then move their car to find another place to park at 3AM. Their front staff Tayvion was rude and disrespectful and has no customer service skills. He was sarcastic and came around the desk in an aggressive manor. Many people loitering in the parking lot and around the property. Did not feel safe. I will not stay at this location in the future.

I am sorry that parking for a second vehicle was not available while you were with us. However, as I am sure you saw yourself, parking is limited. Therefor, we have to limit each reservation to one vehicle to ensure that we have parking available for each room. This policy is clearly posted online as well as in confirmation letters in the hopes to prevent issues like this from arising. We are always happy to extend additional parking passes when the hotel is not sold out and it is available. However on a special event weekend, such as when you stayed, that simply is not an option.
