Never cleaned room never changed or made up bed. After requesting towels had to go get them twice. Never emptied trash. No bar soap. Expressed displeasure to front desk on checkout Unconcerned. Reqested military discount stated it was to late.

Hello Veola! We are so sorry to see the low score. I did confirm with desk and housekeeping team that when you added the extra night, the room was serviced on Friday. Hilton hotels have gone to bulk amenities to save the earth from bar soap; but we have those available upon request. And you received an Expedia discount and the best rate we had; military on top of that (which has to be for official government business) is not permitted I'm afraid, like most hotels. We will improve based on your comments!

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Only reason for a 4 in cleanliness was that room obviously had nit been vacuumed in between guests. Otherwise, excellent.

Wonderful place to stay

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, every single staff member I encounter was extremely pleasant, it is in a great location with several restaurants and bars walkable, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Not much more you could ask for.

I gave an average because the room was not cleaned and no fresh towels for the next day.

We have housekeeping available 24 hours a day upon request, I apologize if that was not clear at check in.
