After confirming your booking, you will instantly receive a message containing two important links:

1. A Pre-Arrival Form — to submit guest and vehicle information

2. A Rental Agreement — required to finalize your reservation

Our trusted third-party partner Truvi will then contact you by email and text to complete your ID verification and guest screening.

📌 Damage Deposit Notice📌
As part of our guest verification process, our trusted partner Truvi will collect a 2% service fee based on a $500 damage deposit, which equals approximately $10.

💳 This is not a charge or a hold — (Truvi performs a pre-authorization, which is a temporary check to confirm your payment method has sufficient funds available).
🧾 The $10 service fee is non-refundable, unless the booking is canceled.
✅ If no damage is reported, the pre-authorization automatically expires after check-out with no impact on your balance.
🛡 Because this property is enrolled in a third-party damage protection program, all guest screening, ID verification, and damage resolution are managed directly through Truvi, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.

Any violation will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate termination of the stay without refund, and potential removal from the property.
• ❌ Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book and must be present for the duration of the stay
• 🅿️ Parking: Up to 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation. To help avoid any towing issues, please make sure your vehicle information is submitted through the required Pre-Arrival Form before arrival. Parking passes will be provided inside the unit and should be clearly displayed on your dashboard at all times while parked on the property. Please remember to leave the parking passes inside the unit at check-out, as a $200 replacement fee may apply for missing passes.
