The bathroom was dated but otherwise the room was nice. They had an excellent breakfast. We had 2 rooms and we had to put up a $200 deposit which was very ridiculous and because of that we will not use them again.

great electric, a/c, clean, towels, kleenex, wifi, parking. property is attractive and well maintained. 2 things that need improve. Toilet is too low. I'm almost 80 and really hard to get up from a lower than normal toilet. should replace room 147. check in. used the pre checkin. once I was served at desk, my Driver License copied again. Check in was s-l-o-w. Agent judy was hung up on phone call which delayed considerably. not as expected. On bright side I did get a requested downstairs outside room. Email inundation: I got at least 9 emails about the reservation. not needed.

Unfortunately the rooms didn't meet expectations, but your staff more than made up for it! Especially, Archie! He was my first experience of what snowballed into excellent customer service by the entire staff! Judy was front desk was so amazing! Yetsi provided me with great housekeeping services! I loved the staff so much that I came back for a three day stay! I meet Jei and she was a fabulous person! Please continue to hire these type of people! Thank you guys for Excellent customer service!

This is definitely a low budget hotel, I was moved to 3 different rooms. Last move was due to no hot water in room. The room needed updating, bath tub paint was all pealing, new room was in much better shape. Oh went to shower in the new room before check out and the shower spot fell off on my foot. Needed to do a wash up and not a full shower. This place is a disgrace.

Many small insects flying and crawling around I the room. It is obvious that no money has been put into properly maintaining this hotel for many years. There was a dank smell in the room. I would like my money back. Terrible sleep due to concerns about those insects.
