Escalators to the ground floor restaurants were not working so you have to walk a long ways to the elevator that goes to the ground floor. Main elevator stops at the lobby. Just an fyi, broken escalators are also stairs. Lol

Did not get King bed despite booking King. Aircon not working, room had terrible smell, breakfast was poor quality. Will not return, despite being local Guam resident.

The hotel only had one front desk staff available , she understood and was kind to us with the room situation we we're in. There was leakage from the room above us. There was no manager on duty or supervisor available at the premises or through contact as well so we weren't able to change our room for the night unless management approved. The escalators dont function, it's block off so we had to go through property and swtich elevators to go to our room. Overall we weren't happy with our stay at the hotel.
