The apartment was so clean, things inside were pretty and complete. Location was perfect for my family.

Great stay

Location was 5 minute drive to Micronesia mall and to Tumon. Best to rent a car when booking in this place. Great space, perfect for families, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Tv had a lot of cable channels :) Washer and dryer available.For check in, best to inform the hotel in advance regarding arrival time. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back!

My reservation wasn’t received, and the gate was closed, there was no body when we got there. We were with our children 4 year old and 1 year old twins, so I was so worried

Not up to expectations

Pros: It is spacious. Two carpark space per house.
Cons: Housekeeping is standard, why would people come to clean the house when they are on vacations? The place needs to be kept much cleaner in the first p
Location: Maru Restaurant is excellent, nearby.
A 3-bedroom house charging HKD$3k per night in Guam, I'd be expecting more. The place is rather dirty, the floor was oily, couch was dusty, bedsheets had stinks. The worst part is - you are supposed to clean the house else you need to pay USD$60 for house keeping. They won't even come to do the trash for you. 3 bedrooms you get 6 towels but if you need more (water activities etc), they won't give you additional, they will ask you to wash them. We had to ask for a hairdryer. Wifi was broken for the first 2 days and we had to ask them to fix it. Don't expect immediate service when you call, a typical wait is 1 hour, but to be fair, if they tell you 1 hour, they will really be on time. Good range of kitchen utilities but some of them don't work. Honestly i am not sure how it got rating 4.2 (when i booked thatz the rating on Expedia)

NOT A SERVICED RESIDENCE!

Pros: The property is actually a subdivision so security was a plus, location was good if you have a car. The house is relatively new with 3 bedrooms
Cons: Misleading information about the property being a "SERVICED RESIDENCE" which is NOT because the house only gets cleaned after you check-out - NO Daily Cleaning Service. The pillow cases and bed covers were also old and had some hair in it. No basic toiletries either.
Location: Location is good if you have a car, just 5-10 minutes from Tumon, tourist area of Guam. If you don't have a car, this place is bad.

I have stayed there now twice, and it's a beautiful neighborhood. and if you bring any issues to them they will try to fix right away. however out of the two units I have stayed in. I did have AC problems in the master bedroom. they did move me to another unit and it worked fine.
