The bathroom was infested with ants. So cleanliness was a major issue. For the price, the facilities were quite basic. WiFi did not work most of the time.

Paid in full when booking. On arrival the staff insisted the room hadn’t been paid for despite me showing them the receipt. They wanted a ‘pre-authorisation’ payment for the cost of the room again. Now charged to credit card and are not responding to requests for a refund. Buyer beware.

Asked for an extra towel as we were only provided with 2 shower towels and one for the floor. They said no. Staff is untrained don’t know how to speak English or French. Pool area is dirty. Rooms are extremely small. And they won’t call u a taxi

The Ibis chain is very poor and doesn’t invest in their properties as they should , zero amenities, terrible low quality breakfast bar. Towels are very cheap and not clean , parking is horrible

Great for short business trip!

Location is great! Near the train station, a big shopping mall with supermarket, the sea, and many restaurants near by. Breakfast is good, not many fruits and veggie options but there was variety of juices during breakfast.
