The room and the common areas were spotless. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast could have been a bit better though. Not a lot of choices. I went to breakfast close to closing but the English muffin sandwich was hard.

Their website says check in time is 3:00 but then sadly when you get here they say 3:00 is not guaranteed. One man at the front desk was rude about it and spoke to me very condescending but another man helped us finally get checked in. We had an event to get to so check in at 3 was important to us! Stay here often and all is good so was disappointed with the front desk this time!

We called ahead to request a room on Lobby level (one person can not use elevator) but when we checked in the clerk was not helpful (went and talked in another room and then left). She said the room was not ready and it would be 1 1/2 hour wait, then a young man said it would be 20 minutes. We waited in the lobby about 20 minutes and then talked to someone else. He got us a room one floor up from Lobby. Parking was limited due to paving?

The beds were comfortable, the hotel was OK , I just wasn't impressed, I thought when I booked this room it said the hotel had a restaurant and pool , the pool was closed for 2 years according to an employee and other then the bar and the breakfast which was not really great , there was no restaurant, I'll own it as I may just have confused it with another hotel, the lighting in the room was horrible, it was like nightlights, and the cable kept going out . For the price I paid I would have chosen a hotel with more amenities and better light

Love the people! Hate the beds

Beds are terrible - old - NO support, full of week spots - sagging to the box springs in some areas. Tried two different rooms; same.... Air conditioner is right next to the bed, blowing cold air directly on the person sleeping on that side; awful....
