Unnecessary deposit charge without notice

The breakfast was hot and tasty with many choices. One visit they didn’t charge a deposit $100 and the next they did. Without informing me until I saw the charge on my card. I’m out $100 until I receive a refund 2-7 days according to my bank. I’m elderly what will I damage in my room? Unnecessary.

It was great. My husband had trouble with TV. He didn’t know how to operate the remote . Maybe need to have instructions somewhere? The gentleman at front desk was helpful, also we didn’t have a snack machine on our floor , was able to go to another floor to get our snacks

We were visiting Mount Dora on a day trip. Instead of driving back home to St. Pete, we booked a one night stay. This hotel delivered us a good experience at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly, room and lobby clean and quiet, and breakfast was good.

The only reason not giving an excellent rating is we had to switch rooms due to a leaky air conditioner that caused the carpet to get very wet. However, they switched our room as quickly as they could get another cleaned. Have to say the head house keeper went out of her way to communicate with us and get us moved asap.
